poorly that is not possible in CPM.

They completely missed to provide some sort of admin area for such topics.

You are not able to delete or edit Bookmarks created by someone else even having all admin authorizations within CPM. And shared bookmarks are shared with all users that have access to this analysis.

Only thing would be to provide the whole analysis only group-wise (might lead to a lot of copys of this analysis). Then the bookmarks would only be available for the users that are part of the group that has access to the analysis.

At least in the cloud version, if you share a bookmark with somebody without the permissions, he will get a nice 403

Said that, yes there is no way to control the bookmarks... but, anyway, they are just url's
