Dear team,

is it normal that it takes more than 20 min to open an (empty, newly created) app (smallest memory, storage and CPU limit). If not, what might be the reason?

this seems to be a team specific issue. In this case I would recommend to open a Servicedesk Ticket. Our team is happy to help you there!

When opening a ticket, I would recommend to provide the team URL, ML Workbench App URL and a brief description of the issue!

Yes would agree with Justin. Overall this sounds like a EMS hiccup, which sometimes fixes itself after a certain time, or if it doesn't seem to fix itself fast enough you can indeed open a ticket with Celonis Servicedesk (servicedesk@celonis.com).
