Hi, I have completed all the levels of the Business Analysis Internship successfully. However, I couldn’t pass the final assessment even after 4 attempts. Now the system says I have to wait 6 months before I can try again.

Is there any way to retake the assessment sooner or get support from the team to complete it and receive my certificate?

I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

We regret to inform you that we are unable to grant additional attempts. As specified in the instructions, each section of the assessment allows a maximum of four attempts. 

We encourage you to use this time to review and strengthen your understanding of the material, so you’re fully prepared when the assessment becomes available again.

I would like to clarify that I did not use all four attempts for the assessment. One of the attempts was unfortunately lost due to a technical issue and was not completed by me. I believe this may have been mistakenly counted as a full attempt.

I kindly request you to review my attempt history once again. I am fully committed to completing the assessment successfully and would be grateful if an additional attempt could be granted under these circumstances.
