You earn points simply by contributing in ways that support others, share knowledge, and keep our conversations flowing. Points are awarded automatically for actions such as:

• Reacting to posts (showing appreciation for others)
• Sharing helpful replies (answering questions and solving problems)
• Starting thoughtful discussions (bringing new ideas to the table)
• Receiving likes or accepted solutions (when your contributions directly help someone succeed)

You can easily track your current point balance, active badges, and progress to the next level directly on your User Profile.

As your points accumulate, you will automatically advance through our Community Levels. Each level represents your commitment and growing footprint in the Celonis Community.

Note: You don't need to apply to level up; the system updates your status automatically as you reach each point threshold.

1. The Member Spotlight Program

We regularly feature outstanding community members. Being spotlighted means you will be featured on our homepage, receive a unique "Spotlight" profile badge, get to share your story with the wider Celonis network, and receive a personalized thank-you gift.

How to qualify: Show active, steady leadership by solving problems that get marked as accepted solutions, or share resources and start discussions that elevate the community.

2. The Top Contributor Program

This program honors our most active, helpful, and technically knowledgeable community builders. How to become one? Consistently help others, have your replies marked as accepted solutions, or lead discussions in user groups.

As a Top Contributor, you will be featured prominently in the community, receive a custom 3-month status badge, and get a physical thank-you gift delivered to your door.

How to qualify? Stand out in one of these pathways:

• The Community Champion: Actively welcome new members, reply frequently, and earn likes in Community forums.
• The Product Q&A Champion: Focus on accuracy and problem-solving in the Product Q&A categories to earn "Accepted Solutions."
• The Groups Champion: Drive engagement and discussions inside regional or topic-based user groups.
