This month’s updates empower business users and analysts alike with new capabilities in the platform. With the new Load Data tool, you can simplify the way you get data from the Celonis Platform into your Process Copilots. Analysts can now use the new Treemap Component for Studio Views to visualize complex, hierarchical data. And for admins, we’ve updated Task Mining permissions and given you more control over your on-screen notifications.

Simplified Data Loading in Process Copilots
The new Load Data tool streamlines the process of loading data into a Large Language Model (LLM). It combines the functionalities of the previous PQL Tool and Get Data tools into a more intuitive, single feature. You can choose from two configuration methods: Intelligent, which dynamically uses Knowledge Model items to configure columns, and Custom, which allows you to manually define columns, filters, and limits. You can now add and activate the new Load Data tool within Process Copilot by going to Tool Activation.
Data Change Detection in Annotation Builder
A new scheduling option within Annotation Builder, "Re-annotate on data changes," uses AI to detect and process only the rows with underlying data changes. This feature saves AI outputs by preventing the re-processing of entire datasets and ensures your annotations are always up-to-date.

STUDIO VIEWS
Process Animation for Process Explorer
You can now visually depict how cases flow through your process activities with the new Process Animation feature in Process Explorer. To begin, simply hover over a start node and click the Play button. You can pause and restart the animation at any point to highlight specific activities. A new Grouping dropdown also lets you group cases by hour or day to identify patterns; when grouping is applied, the size of the animation bubble reflects the number of aggregated cases.
Treemap Component
You can now add and configure treemaps in your Studio Views. Treemaps are a data visualization that displays hierarchical data as a set of nested rectangles, perfect for quickly identifying patterns and proportions within large datasets.
TASK MINING
Permission Changes
Admins can now assign service-level and project-level permissions to analysts, offering more granular control over user access. Additionally, the Task Mining audit logs now include more detailed event information.
New Desktop Client Application
Version 2.20.0 of the Task Mining Desktop Client application is now available. This release includes two new endpoints that provide improved reporting of the application's state and event changes to the cloud backend.

On-Screen Notification Duration
You can now customize your user profile with how long on-screen notifications appear. In your profile settings, you can choose from 5 seconds (default), 50 seconds, or Dismiss manually, giving you more control over your user experience.
