Manage permissions for your Process Workspaces(2023-12-04)

You can now choose who can use, share, edit, delete, or give others access to, each Process Workspace that you create in Business Miner. In the context menu for the Process Workspace (the three vertical dots), select Manage Permissions to change the permissions for other users, groups, or applications. You'll need the Analyst role in the Celonis team - users with the Member role can't access this function.

As the creator of a Process Workspace, you have all the permissions on it by default. You can give users with the Member role permission to use the Process Workspace to create Explorations and Insights, and to share the Process Workspace with other users through the Share buttons. You can give any of the permissions to other users with the Analyst role - other Analysts can't edit your Process Workspace's settings or manage the permissions for it unless you let them.
