ADMIN & SETTINGS
Gamification App
A new Gamification App is designed to drive adoption and enhance user engagement within Celonis by utilizing challenges, points, and leaderboards. The app seeks to increase user motivation and overall adoption by addressing issues like usage complexity. To set up the app, you must have the Monitoring Platform Adoption connector installed.

PROCESS NAVIGATOR & PROCESS DESIGNER
Reporting API
We've added the ability to generate your own reports in Celonis Process Management (CPM). Admins can now generate an API key to bring CPM data into third-party reporting tools, enabling analytics on process content. Once the API is set up, analysts can use the data to build reports.

Updated email sender name
Emails sent by Process Designer and Process Navigator now show "Celonis Process Management" as the sender's name.

STUDIO VIEWS
Legacy View component migration
You can now migrate select Legacy View components to your Views, allowing you to add and further configure them using the latest View editor and features. This is done by copying a component from Legacy View edit mode and pasting it into a Studio View.

Connected Multi-object Process Explorer
The Multi-object Process Explorer in Studio Views now includes a new button that automatically sets your process graph to its minimum connected state. This new feature addresses the previous issue where the default view showed multiple “orphan” objects that didn't connect, which could lead to misconceptions.

KPI-based Coloring
You can now color-code events and connections in both the Process Explorer and Variant Explorer based on activity type or a specified KPI threshold. This makes it easier to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, such as poorly performing activities causing delays, by using custom colors to indicate performance.

Date Picker Component
A date picker component can now be configured for your Studio Views, allowing users to select a date that saves as a variable to dynamically update other components in the View.

Event log customization for Insight Explorer
The event log for Insight Explorer can now be customized from the configuration page.
Updates to Insight Explorer
Insight Explorer is receiving a series of updates that change how insights are discovered, managed, and consumed. The tabs now separate newly discovered insights from those that have been reviewed and saved. The bookmark action has replaced the previous star action for saving important insights, which now appear in the Bookmarks tab. You can also now export an insight to a View directly from the insight card without first needing to open the insight details.
