Secure login is now required to access this documentation website at docs.celonis.com. Sign in with your single sign-on (SSO) credentials - the same credentials you use for the Community, Academy, and Support portals.
NEW New AI-powered Celonis Assistant now available
Accelerate your implementation setup with Celonis Assistant, a conversational AI support interface providing real-time configuration guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting guidance. The assistant is context-aware and has access to all the documentation for the Celonis Platform and all the latest product guidance. To use this feature, accept the AI addendum in AI Settings, and enable the Azure OpenAI GPT 4.1 and Azure OpenAI text-embedding-3-large models for your team.

NEW Action Flow module for updating enhanced Tasks
Establish closed-loop automation with the new Update Tasks Action Flow module. You can now dynamically adjust task statuses and assignees based on real-time data for your existing Data-Model-based or record-based Tasks.
PROCESS ADHERENCE MANAGER
IMPROVED Linking views for actionable deviations
Enable faster deeper-dive analysis with linked views in Process Adherence Manager. You can now link directly to other views from deviations. Corresponding variables are automatically created and linked when their names match, making deviations actionable and enabling custom deep dives.
STUDIO
IMPROVED Updated controls for Process Explorer and Variant Explorer
Process Explorer and Variant Explorer now feature redesigned process graph controls with a streamlined layout. The Events/Activities, Animation, and Zoom controls have been moved to new, intuitive toolbars to align better with other Studio components.
Note: The Animation controls are only visible for Process Explorers.
TASK MINING
NEW Task Mining Client software version 2.21.2
We've released a new version of the Task Mining Client software. This version increases software resiliency and prevents duplicate error messages from appearing during temporary network interruptions.
