Hi all, I'd like to know if we have one time SAP data extractor that optimized for OCPM Core 5 process. I know this extroctor but it is only available for specific case centric data extraction like O2C or P2P. (I also know it is able to extract specific table one by one with it.)https://docs.celonis.com/en/one-time-extraction-from-sap-ecc-or-sap-s-4hana.html Does anybody know optimized extractor for OCPM? (I found data uploader in OCPM data pool.) Thanks in advance,
When I try to look for the following package at the marketplace: The marketplace only shows me this one to download: I don't need this one, since this is designed for OCPM models, in my case I want the first one but I don't know how to get it. Does anyone have the same issue?
Hi Community, I am trying to Identify the Cases PRs without PO (And POs Without PR) in my OCPM Procurement Perspective, But i am not able to add a filter, I tried it through Activity and Attribute selection but it is not working (Giving no Values when I Select a Blank PO / PR). The idea here is to select the Backlogs ( PRs without PO ) and Deviation (POs Without PR), If anyone explored this part in OCPM give me suggestion how i can resolve this.. This i am trying it through PO Item Object and PR Item Object. Attaching Few screenshots below Without Selection Selection of Blank PRs Selection of Blank POs
Hello, This is regarding the error I am getting when I add object relation transformation where relationship is m:n. Not sure what exactly I am missing here. Below is the error. Error while executing transformation transformation_ENTITY_OBJECT_custom_PurchaseOrderHeader, with id f4583963-8785-4497-b862-e063abc0db63: ERROR: Cannot set a NOT NULL column (PurchaseOrderRequisition_ID) to a NULL value in INSERT/UPDATE statement
Hi, I was working on scripting transformations in OCPM events. I came across a scenario where events having m:1 (involves one) relationship with objects are populating those objects in the transformations as the mandatory field. I could not find these fields in the object table, that made me think that why can't I use source tables here ?
Hi everyone,I am currently playing with features like the PAM in OCPM and stumbled across something that struck my mind. I remember that in the context of case-centric Process Mining, Celonis is using a Token-based-Replay variant for Conformance Checking. Within the PAM (Process Adherence Manager) for OCPM, there is now an "Alignment Explorer" available. Is this based on Alignment-based Conformance Checking techniques, or is Token-based-Replay still being used for this? Is there a similar implementation of this in case-centric Process Mining? Tim
Navigate between your object-centric data models in separate data pools (Available on request) (2024-06-05) You can now switch between multiple data pools in the Objects and Events UI, rather than entering the UI from the data pool each time. If you've enabled our solution for data segregation for object-centric process mining, where you have an object-centric data model in every data pool, you'll get the new navigation feature. If you haven't, and you're using a single object-centric data model in the OCPM Data Pool, you won't see it. Talk to your Celonis point of contact if you want to use object-centric data models in all your data pools - you can read more about it at Multiple object-centric data models. If you're an admin or analyst in a team with multiple object-centric data models, you can now go to Data > Objects and Events in the Celonis navigation bar and get a list of your data pools to choose from. We'll open the Objects and Events UI for the
Schedule transformations for individual perspectives for object-centric process mining (2024-05-07) This is a Limited Availability functionality. Instead of running the complete OCPM data job to create objects and events for all your enabled processes, you can now set up schedules to run the transformations for one perspective at a time (or more than one if you want). This feature is currently in Limited Availability - if you'd like to try it out now, open a Service Desk ticket to request it. We're planning to have it in General Availability soon. When you run the OCPM data job through a schedule where you've selected perspectives, we'll identify all the objects and events that are part of those perspectives. Then we’ll run only the transformations that are needed to create those objects and events from your source system data. You can create dedicated schedules for the Celonis-supplied perspectives for the Celonis catalog processes, and also for your custom perspective
How can I effectively utilize Conformance Checker in Celonis to model processes with high variability? Hello, I am dealing with a highly complex process that presents a significant number of variants. The only data source available to me for understanding this process is an event log. This log consists of various activities that represent different actions within my process. However, these activities do not perfectly capture the underlying operations. For instance, one activity might represent multiple actions, or an activity with the same name might represent slightly different actions at different stages of the process. Unfortunately, it's the only data source I have for now. The event log reveals almost as many variances as there are cases, which complicates my analysis. My goal is to use a conformance checker to create a process model that accurately represents at least half of the cases in my data, with the aim of identifying and analyzing the remaining deviations. This analys
How do we go about building a segregation of duties analysis in OCPM? It is more straight forward for me to think in terms of case-centric process, where at case level, we can check if there were any violations. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Can anyone explain how to see details of those objects in that explorer,,,?
Object-centric process mining (2024-03-05) Get a separate object-centric data model in every data pool (Limited Availability) If you’re using object-centric process mining, and you need the analysts in different groups in your organization to have access to different data, or to model objects and events in parallel without impacting other teams’ work, you can request our interim solution to segregate your teams.Normally, there’s a single object-centric data model in the OCPM Data Pool, which all analysts and admins access and edit through the same Objects and Events environment. If you request this new solution, we’ll enable object-centric process mining for all the data pools in your Celonis team. (You can’t pick specific data pools - it’s all or none.) With this setup: Each data pool gets its own object-centric data model, which only refers to the data in that data pool, and a separate and independent Objects and Events environment for modeling. You can use the existing data pool perm
In the Celonis OCPM Training "Build your Object Centric Process Model", in the "Populate Event Relationships" section, I am unable to set the event relationship scripts even using the provided scripts, receiving the error when attempting to preview script. What could cause a "No entity table found for dataset "error while my property script is successfully running? Aren't I building the entity table for the extra table in the script? Or am I thinking of it wrong?
Rebalancing 2024: Supply Chain Agility with End-to-End Visibility Hello Celopeers! In recent years, external shocks like pandemic, trade blockades, inflation, and shift in interest rates have caused disruptions that have swung inventory levels from one extreme to another. As we anticipate the rebound effect, 2024 promises a recalibration—a pivotal year for enterprises in the pursuit of lasting agility. Prioritisation and Responsiveness:Supply chain agility involves two vital capabilities: early problem identification and the speed and efficiency of the reaction. With technologies like Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) and the End-to-End Lead Times App, Celonis eliminates inefficient and manual reporting while providing tailored insights instantly so that enterprises can swiftly prioritise and execute actions. Celonis in Action:German manufacturer Freudenberg exemplifies enterprise agility by gaining end-to-end transparency with Celonis. “Celonis makes material shortages more transpa
Hello, I am trying to create objects and events in my OCPM model using CSV files that I have manually uploaded to the EMS but when I create a transformation in the Objects & Events environment, I can't proceed as I don't have a connection to a source system. Does anyone know if there is a way to proceed without a connection?
I'm not able to see 'Objects and Events' under Data menu. This is required for OCPM. I'm using Celonis training cloud. How to resolve this?
For the case for parallel processes (the same data is spread across multiple connections). For CCPM, you would write a Data Job for each source system and then merge all case, activity, and data tables. Would you simply create multiple transformation scripts for each Object (one script per source system)? Thanks
I wonder if we can interact with OCPM elements from ML workbench. I couldn't find anything in pucelonis doc. TIA!
Hello, we are currently playing around with OCPM on a non-sap system. We want to add aditional columns from the source table to the OCPM Object. However, we would need to add each as a custom property. Anyone found a solution to add them all similar to "select * from sourcetable"? Thanks for the help! Best regardsPatrick
In my thesis, I aim to address the question: "How does the innovative Object-Centric Process Mining approach differ from the traditional Case-Centric Process Mining approach when applied to medium-sized enterprises?" I am exploring the extent to which companies and end-users can benefit from the new OCPM approach. My hypothesis is that OCPM offers a user-friendly solution for the utilization of (Celonis) Process Mining by medium-sized enterprises and presents an opportunity for them. In this context, I also aim to elucidate the differences, features, and advantages of OCPM and Celonis through expert interviews, which can be anticipated in their implementation and in operational usage. If you are interested, please feel free to reach out! :)
In OCPM course they have shown that after creating objects and events, and knowledge model we can create process explorer. I have followed same steps as given in course, but I'm getting error stating that activity table is empty. this is the error. Can anyone help me with this.Thank you in advance.

Starter Kit version for object-centric process mining (2023-07-18) An Accounts Payable Starter Kit version that supports object-centric process mining is available now from the Celonis Marketplace. The object-centric Accounts Payable Starter Kit version 1.0.0 uses the Accounts Payable perspective that’s supplied with our object-centric data model, or a custom Accounts Payable perspective that you have created in your team. Before you set up the object-centric version of the Starter Kit, you’ll need to load the object-centric data model with your data and validate the Accounts Payable perspective. The Starter Kit uses the objects and events that you’ve already built from your source system data and stored in the OCPM Data Pool. To get started, see Quickstart: Extract and transform your data into objects and events. To use this version of the Starter Kit, you'll need a Celonis EMS subscription that includes object-centric process mining. If you can't see the Data > Objects and
