I created an action flow converting celonis data into a CSV file.

By using the Material no. column the action flow is converting this column not in right format. --> Material no. is displayed in the wrong way.

The material numbers are starting with a 0.

This is how the CSV file looks like.

How can I fix this issue?

Hmmmm... I dare to say that, if you open the csv in a text editor instead of Excel, you will see that the Material No is actually correct. And that's is a visualization trick made by excel.

No worry, there is no issue. When you have a long NO, excel shows it like this. You just need to do a " right click" for this column and go to "Cell format". Increase the number of "decimal places". Even do not change the format, in the background excel calculates correctly.

Thank you both for your comments.

You are both right.

  • By open the data in the editor the part no. is shown correctly.

  • Changing the cell format and increase the number of decimal places writes out the material number.

But the 0 in front of the material no. is still not shown in the CSV file.

Is there any chance in Celonis for setting up the material no. in a way, that it is shown directly correct when opening the CSV file?
