I am doing the Process Discovery training - Lecture 2- DFG. In the Celonis Hands-on, I was able to add the suggested excel file as Data Pool but when I try to create new Data Model- it does not show me the data pool.

Although the file has been successfully uploaded. Because of this I cannot proceed forward.

Also the display shown in the video is much different from what I can see in my cloud. I am attaching relevant screenshots

Do you have any table created in the data pool?

No, how does one do that?

First of all you need to open some transformation in some datajob....

...and check if you see any tables in the left panel:

in theory you should see at least one (the ones that are created from the ingestion).

then, you transform that tables (if needed) using SQL.. with CREATE TABLE and CREATE VIEW

 

If you don't see any table... well, something is wrong with the extraction...

Hi Guillermo,

I am doing the Practice course. I have been able to ingest the excel sheet given as the data pool- pls see the second screenshot above. Post that, in the lecture, it said I should create a new data model from that data pool. But I cant see the data pool for selection. I also don't have so many options like data jobs as those in your screen shot. Please see my view below. Where can i find data jobs and in which option can i write the sql query?
