I need to prepare a project plan for Task Mining + Process Mining. We've implemented Celonis many times for Process Mining and have standard ways of working. But for Task Mining, we will do it for the first time, and I am missing some details such as timeliness, milestones, and main deliverables. Could you please share your experience? One more thing, Task Mining is based on C4C+, not EMS.
