Hi,

adding custom KPI such as "Automation Rate" can by done in the Process Explorer of an Analysis. But this option is not available in the Process Explorer within a View. Is this by purpose? If yes, what's the intention behind it? I would like to show a low automation rate in order to use ML to automate incoming orders. Thanks!

Hi Marco, thank you for reaching out to us. In order to add Automation Rate in the Process Explorer in Views, you need to create a Custom KPI like shown here in the documentation: help.celonis.cloud/help/display/CIBC/Process+Explorer in the part Custom KPI Views. Thank you and Best Regards, Lejla

Yes, that worked. Thanks a lot - that really helped. Am I correct in assuming that using YAML source code editor was the only option to accomplish this? regards Marco

Hi Marco, glad that we could help. Yes, currently the only option is through the YAML source code editor to achieve this. Thank you and Best, Lejla
