As a new user of Celonis, I wanted to check if it's normal that some process connectors, such as the Service Request Management connector (for ServiceNow), don’t come with out-of-the-box applications. In such cases, is it up to us to build our own package from the ground up?

If nothing is available then you need to build the app from scratch yourself.
