In the Partner Training Overview it is said that to become a partner you need to have at least 6 expert badges distingusihed into, at least, 1 Value Assesment Expert, 1 EMS Technical expert and 1 Value Realization Expert. Hence, these 6 badges must be held by a minimum of 2 people.

Then it is said that the minimum time investment is 100 hours (all trainings and exasms).

I don’t understand if these 100 hours are to be splitted between two people or 100 hours of training refers to the minimun hours required by each of the two people. Furthermore, I tried to deepen into the partner enablement program and I analysed the training required for each of the three types of expert solutions Celonis provides. Even in this case I cannot find a connection with the 100 hours.

Can someone help me identifying the correct time estimation to become a Partner Organization?

Hmmm.... according to the Academy for partners, to get the EMS Technical Expert you need roughly 30h, and that's the longest one.... so I guess those 100h will be the aggregated time for the 6 badges

That said, add some additional hours for hands-on training (doing real projects, practicing, etc...) in order to pass the exams. IMHO.

mmm okay, it works. But if our assumption is correct, the 100 hours are just training and we have to add some extra hours for the exam part....

Yes. Add 1 h for the actual exam (they are shorter, but to account for setup, etc...)

To prepare for the exam, I'd say for somebody just arrived to Celonis, with maybe some participation in a project, I'd recommend 2-3 days, 2 h each to review and prepare (and of course depends on the particular person)

Last time I checked you had 2 tries per exam per payment. But in the public certifications (Data engineer and Data Analyst) they changed that

Great, many thanks!!!

I found, although it suggests those hours the exercises add additional time to the training.
