I know it might seem simple question but i am struggling with uploading BPMN file for my conformance sheet. can anybody tell where and how to upload it ?

When you are creating the conformace sheet, you get the following options
Option 2 is what you are searching for, now if you have created the model already edit and you shoul have an option to upload as shown below.
