You can try opening a Service Desk ticket by emailing Celonis at servicedesk@celonis.com (servicedesk@celonis.com) or by going to support in Celopeers and raising a ticket.

- Check your partner contact at https://www.celopeers.com/s/partner-contact
- Send email rsi-partners@celonis.de , for certain partner level, Celonis no longer have dedicated digital consulting manager
