First thing that comes into my mind is that you did not select 100% of activities and 100% of steps in your Process Explorer:

thank you for the interest in my problem.

The number of cases of the activity itself doesn't change with percentage of shown other activities and/or connections (I tested it). It is smaller than sum of first two already leading to activity connections.

I added all of them. The number 11116 stays the same, but the difference between how much it has to be grows.

At the same time when I use "activity frequency" option, everything is fine.

Can you kindly check in your Activity table - if there are some blank activities created for these cases. - Just a wild guess.

Please check the count at the backend for the below mentioned activities.

 

Change Confirmed Delivery Date

Change Requested Delivery Date

thank you very much for a hint. I will check.

 

But I dont understand exactly what kind of bug is that in case of blank activities. What is blank activity? Does celonis take blank activities into sum of activities or ignores them?

Could you please specify?
