I think something is wrong with your column formatting. Before pressing the action button, please configure the column types by pressing the three dots:

Follow the instruction until you reach the screen with the column type formatting.

Here you can specify which data type it should have. Note that some types might not accept empty values. If the problem persists, you can choose to read al values as Strings, but this is not ideal. For example, you have to create dates again from strings in the transformations.

I have already tried to click to configure date schema, and tried to set the date column as datetime, date and string, it all works out failed as the screenshot 1. 

Furthermore, here's the screenshot of my excel rawdata, it would be great if you could advise if i use the right format. (This is the file that uploaded and run sucessfully before the Celonis website updates, i don't know if the format has changed yet.) Thank you so much!

Strange, especially when you make all columns strings, this should work.

However, I found this on the docs: File Uploads (celonis.com). It might be caused by the name of your file. Unfortunately, only latin characters are allowed here (no so inclusive.. whoops!). Maybe that is the problem?
