Apologies for the late reply as I've lacked access to my celopeers account for the past couple of months which just today got restored (most likely through my colleague Thomas' ticket, although it seems to have been reset from scratch).
Unfortunately, the issue persists although we haven't gotten any closer to the cause or a possible solution, see case 00278943.
Sorry, again, for not having replied sooner. I received the emails on celopeers' behalf but literally couldn't log in at all regardless of method, nor was I able to reset my password (no mails came through).
