Organizations sometimes have a distributed model of process improvement for example there is a central business strategy team and there is also a decentralize line of business operations improvement. who has figured out how to balance this duplication of capability when both want to use process mining and use 2 different tool sets?

Hi Sam, interesting question. Process Mining can obviously bring value both on strategic as well as on very operational level. I would not recommend to operate two different tool sets and have not seen this case yet.
