When I upload files to my data connections, my data pool still says that I don't have any data connections yet. How can I fix this?

Hi Lexi,

looks like a bug to me.

I have shortly tested it and you are right when you create a Data Pool from scratch and just upload a file into it, it is not automatically generating the "Global Data Connection" as it should be and is just showing you don't have any data connections.

Do the following workaround:

Click on Create new Data Connection, select "Use the Data Push API" and just input a name (you do not need to create an API Key) and click on "Complete Setup".

After that the system will add a custom data push Data Connection and now also the missing Global Data Connection that should have been created directly after upload the file.

Now you can just delete the Data Push connection and you can start creating a Data Job based on the Global connection where your uploaded file is stored.
