We would like to send alerts / reports via mail. Currently these mails are sent by Celonis <noreply@celonismail.com>. We would like to change that to use a generic company mail id. How can this be achieved.

    Hi Naveen,

     

    Usually to achieve that, you would use the SMTP or provider-specific email, and set it up through the related company account. So concretely you would use SMTP email or Gmail/Microsoft/else email instead of Celonis email, when choosing from your list of actions in Action Flow
