trying to make a connection between Oracle EBS and Celonis and I'm getting an error. Need your assistance

I already followed this document but not able to figure it out. Last Friday I had a call with Celonis team and Mark tried his best to connect with the connector but unfortunately the error is still on.

Also sometimes sending the help document doesn’t work, need someone assistance from the Celonis team.
