trying to make a connection between Oracle EBS and Celonis and I'm getting an error. Need your assistance

Hi Burim, I already followed this document but not able to figure it out. Last Friday I had a call with Celonis team and Mark tried his best to connect with the connector but unfortunately the error is still on.
