Hi everyone! I am facing a really tough situation. My client asked me to update an augmented attribute that was making the dash to not work well. The update was basically to revert the 'In Progress' statuses to 'New', the problem is that the client realized that this was not a good practice, so he asked me to revert that back, the problem is I am not finding the records for the updates for some of the orders, the activity was registered, but did not track all of them, now I do not know where this information is stored, I already checked the augmented status table, activities table, nothing there, I talked with support and they told me that when we update the status to a default value, the activity is not recorded, they suggested me to update about 2 million orders manually, if there´s any insights on this, It will be much appreciated.
