I can not simulate a process. It is getting stuck in this step. any ideas ?

Hello,

I am trying to simulate an O2C process but it is not lasting after this step. Any ideas ?

    HI,

     

    in this step EMS filters the activities of the model, what I see is that the "Case Coverage" is zero, which is strange because I see that you select activities, what happens when you click on "More"? or move the bar of the down? . In my experience, when there are many activities in this window, the creation of the model takes longer and it does not let you continue to the "incoming Cases".

    Hello Juan,

    Thanks for reply ! More and Less buttons are also inactive. When I mode the bar down there is more checked and unchecked activities. I can change them but though cant skip the step. what do you mean "Longer"? should I wait for more than 30 minutes ? 1 hour ?
