you can use an Action Flow with the Modul Celonis - Create PDF Report + Send Mail (Gmail, Outlook...)

Hi @linus.brugg12 .Thanks for replying. I am creating a studio skill and using CREATE PDF REPORT component. I am saving the output in Base64 String. I am using send mail next in which i am attaching the output.But I am not getting the correct pdf in output.I am attaching some pictures for reference.

But we also have problems with previewing data models in the studio. 

Maybe it is a Celonis bug.

You have in Action flows, in Celonis group, an element to "Create PDF report" - create a pdf from an analysis.

Combine that with sending mail (pick your preferred one) and then, when published, you can schedule it.

And you can retrieve the list of people to send from Celonis, or from any external system with connectors in Action Flows (like Salesforce, AWS S3, etc.... )

I have an issue with data connection

I am facing the same issue.

Hmmmm.... I will need to test it but judging by the error messages I would double-check that the analysis is published.

@Guillermo Gost My analysis is published and app key has permissions to use it.

Hi.

I checked in my test env.

My app key had permissions to use the space, the package and the analysis I wanted to cover to pdf

I ran the object, and it connected, only it threw a "Timeout" (probably because the sheet is very complex.

So, apart to check again the APPKEY permissions, I can't think about other advice... sorry.
