Does anyone have ever heard about Celonis integration to Bold 360(Service now chatbots) ? I was asked by a customer and they want to understand better the end-user flow from automated answers to real agent chats.

Hi Christina,
please be informed that there is no standard connector for Bold360 and unfortunately there is nothing planned for now in the Roadmap. But after going through the documentation of the Bold360, we can see that Bold 360 uses REST Protocol (REST API's to communicate). As Justin suggested too, we recommend to use the Extractor builder to set up a connection.
