AF that sends a mail to suppliers - can supplier response be redirected?

Hello everyone,

I have set up an Action Flow that informs our suppliers regularly and also requires an information import back to us from our supplier. The information flow to the supplier is possible via an Action Flow (Sending of a CSV attachment via Mail). My question is there a possibility for the supplier to send the answer back to Celonis (via a Webook, Web GUI) etc.?

I know this is a predestined case for Emporix, however, as this is a very urgent topic, I'm wondering if there are any possibilities with the "normal" Action Flows?

The one option I can think of is doing a "Watch Email" module with a connected inbox. You can have an inbox of some kind setup, watched for a particular subject line like "RE: My response" and then execute when that email comes in.

It depends on what the email service is.

I would imagine you could also set it up where there is a link in the email and it directs to a form of some kind in Celonis where a response is necessary. Or creates a task within the same action flow and they're expected to go in and provide a response
