Action Flow API Key: When trying to give a new API key permissions, the key does not show up in the Permissions/services area. What am I missing

I've tried to follow the directions from Celo Docs, but the 'User Provisioning' area shown in the directions doesn't exist for me. I've looked in the other services areas, and my API key doesn't show.

Are you searching for the name of your API key or the API key itself? Just odd you should be able to see it.

That's weird. Not sure why that's happening. I will say I'm not familiar with the API-Keys screen but I'm not sure if that's a layout/UI difference with our team. Did you go through Admin -> Applications?

Ah, it looks like I made an API key instead of an application key.
