Hello, I want to understand how can i leverage multiple source systems into one data model or data pool and perform process mining? If the data sources are two different systems eg- SAP and Salesforce. What are the possibilities for this?

Hi @jyotsana.patha13

you can use work with data from multiple systems in a global job.

Within the same data pool, connect to both systems (ie SAP & Salesforce) and extract the data.

In the global job (see example below whereas Database1 and Database2 are the different systems), you can work of the extracted table from both systems

Hi @gabriel.okaba11,

Thanks for the quick resolution and explaination. I understood this for the on cloud version of celonis that it can be done. However if i wish to implement multiple sources for the On-premise version of Celonis, how we do it?

How can the connection be established with these systems together and can it done on the same data model?

Also, for the transformation scripts, how can we link both the systems together like for case_id or some key joining conditions?

Please help if anything related to this you have knowledge about.

Thanks & Regards,

Jyotsana
