I have created a form in celonis, i would like to be able to provide the link to multiple people to complete and then the data be submitted and stored in a table in Celonis. The only way i have managed to do it so far is using get form link in action flows but i have to specify an email address. I won’t know who will need it so cannot do this. Any help or suggestions?

+2hey so the "get form link" action you are using does need an email tied to it which is the frustrating part but there is actually another action flow module called "Create Form Magic Link" that generates a web accessible link without needing to know the recipient upfront. that might be what you are looking for so worth checking that one out in your action flow modules.
that said if you need something truly open where anyone can fill it without any auth celonis forms are not really built for anonymous public submissions, they are designed to work within the platform user context. a practical workaround a lot of people use is adding all expected respondents as celonis users or a user group first and then distributing the link, the data still lands in your table the same way.
if your use case is really open ended and you genuinely cant predict who will submit, it might honestly be worth raising it with celonis support because this looks like a known gap in the forms feature right now https://docs.celonis.com/en/setting-up-action-flows-in-studio.html
