Celonis CPM - How can one import a Visio diagram in Celonis CPM? The steps in the Symbio documentation didnot help us.

In order to be able to import Visio files, you need to have the Visio importer service enabled for your CPM system. This is a separate service that needs to be enabled by our Operations team and if and when this is done, you can login to the Visio importer service, upload your Visio file(s), define the relevant mappings and transfer the imported Visio file into CPM as a process model.
