Hi Pablo,
Could you please elaborate your issue further and maybe also include a screenshot so that Celopeers community can better understand your issue and offer their help?
Thanks!!
Hi, I have the same question.
In the case centric activity tables, we where using a sorting column to define the order of the activities, in case we have the exact same timestamp for two activities, which can sometimes occur.
I tried the same with OCPM and added the Attribute "SORTING" to my events, which didn´t helped.
I´m referring in particular to the process explorer, where the wrong order of activities can be a bit misleading and irritating
Thanks
Hendrik
OCPM sorting currently works in this order.
a) the timestamp of these events.
b) (if the timestamp does not provide a clear sequence between two events) the alphabetical order of event names.
c) (if alphabetical order doesn't provide a clear sequence then) the order in which the data was uploaded from the database for the event.
Regards,
Bob
Hi Robert, Is there a way to configure sorting order based on sort column when events timestamp are equal ? Because sorting by alphabetical order of event names doesnot make sense in our process.
Please see my response here

Hi, I’m facing a similar issue, found this question here and maybe you guys can help me. What if I want that the process explore shows the two events with the same timestamp as parallel events, and not one followed by the other? There is a way to do this?
I don't think that is possible currently, even if you have it in different objects, parallel can only be done for the same activities
