With over 33 years of combined industry and academic experience, Dr. Vijaykumar Bharathi's work sits at the intersection of some of the most exciting areas in enterprise technology today β process intelligence, digital transformation, intelligent ERP systems, AI, and immersive technologies.
His connection to the Celonis ecosystem runs deep. Dr. Bharathi serves as the Faculty Mentor for Celonis Academic Alliances at SCIT, leading curriculum development, industry-academia collaborations, and experiential learning initiatives specifically in process mining and process intelligence. He has directly collaborated with Celonis Academic Alliances, Germany on international research and innovation projects Β bringing global best practices back to the Indian classroom and boardroom.
Global Collaborations: Dr. Bharathi has successfully led six externally funded research projects (including an EU-funded initiative). He also served as the Founding President of the SAP Academic Alliance Board for Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China.
His research has been published by some of the most respected names in academic publishing Β Elsevier, Springer Nature, Wiley, Emerald, Sage, and Taylor & Francis β and he has completed six externally funded research projects, including a European Union-funded initiative.

If you've ever wondered what it looks like when deep academic rigour meets real-world data science impact β Dr. Anil Jadhav is your answer.
With over 25 years of experience in academia and research, Dr. Jadhav brings a rare combination of theoretical depth and practical expertise to everything he does. He currently teaches Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence at SCIT, Pune β and his work spans everything from Predictive Modeling and Statistical Analysis to Big Data and Business Intelligence.
What makes Dr. Jadhav truly special is the recognition his work has earned on a global scale. He has been named in the Top 2% Scientists List for 2025 β a prestigious ranking released jointly by Stanford University and Elsevier β placing him among the most impactful researchers in the world. He has also been honoured with the Most Influential Professor Award at the Dewang Mehta National Education Leadership Awards and the Data Science Faculty Award for Excellence in Research by Analytics India Magazine.
A prolific researcher, Dr. Jadhav has authored numerous papers published in leading international journals and has presented at conferences organised by IEEE and Springer Nature.
He holds a Bachelor's in Physics, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and a Ph.D. in Business Intelligence from IIT Bombay β one of India's most prestigious institutions.
