Hello,

Skills are old way of automation in Celonis, currently not being developed. You've got two options:

A) You can trigger Skill from Action flows by using Action Flow Celonis module called: "Execute Process Automation Skill"

B) You cant trigger action flow from Skill, using Celonis app called: "Execute Action Flow"

In your case of course the second case is applicable. Because of the fact that action flows are more advanced and highly developed (Action flows in fact are product of the other company bought by Celonis called Integromat, which evolves now into "Make"), i would stick to them if possible.
