In Action Flows, when you use the "email" module, you can connect to an SMTP server or use another email provider using the email address / account you would like to use for the emails.

I have tried following guidance in help page and using my email credentials as username and password. but it is failing with an error "Message failed: 554 5.2.252 SendAsDenied". it is not provided with permission info

Please let me know if there is any info regarding the permission required to set up Email module.

Hi Venkant,

can you share which module you are using and the configuration of it. In case you can create an Action Flow you should have all the required permissions to send an email.

It is possible that you need to whitelist the IP in the exchange server

I followed this tutorial provided my Microsoft and it worked

Obs.: It is not related to the module (Studio-Action Flow)
