What is the maximum number of rows we can export from any OLAP irrespective of the maximum rows we provided in the setting.

It is not certain that there is a theoretical row limit to OLAP exports, you can usually export high number of rows. Depending on the overall size of the OLAP (rows, columns, data itself) the export might take longer. If you receive errors, try to filter your OLAP to export it subset by subset.
