Validating the full amount of BSEG

Hi, I have loaded table BSEG, however when I run AP analysis, the values only sum for posting key 31 as that is what the invoice is based on . However, for validation purposes I need to total across all the posting keys in BSEG. How can I structure a query to do this ? Thanks Geoff

Hi Geoff, which Celonis Verson are you using? And where exactly do you validate the data - in the analysis or directly on database basis? In our AP standard script, we filter on positions with posting key 31. You can extend that filter in the TMP BKPF BSEG Table and Case Table. Best regards, Viana
