It would be great if you can explain your query a bit more.
If you are asking from Action engine perspective then I would say yes there is a filter option where you can select the status and based on which the filter will be applied.
Just to answer on resolved part.
The status 'Resolved' can only be manually edited for those tasks that are created by a manual sensor. Tasks created through a Smart Sensor will automatically move to the resolved status as soon as the sensor filter condition is no longer met.

Thanks a lot for replying, actaully I want to have task filter applied on table by default i.e. without user' manual seletion.
In screenshot below, by default task fiter is off
My requirement to have this like below, I do not want to show records with no tasks to the user.
