quick question, are you using analyses or views to to do that?

I think you might be able to achieve that:

• In analysis with the "Allow Data Service Link"
• In views you can either use the tool "open in source" to create a transaction code to be pasted into SAP or in table define "onClick" action on the column (some new features will be added over the weekend here, you can check the release notes on the help page)
