Is there any way to set euro currency format in olap tables ?

i like to see the amount of 3.000.000,15 € in euro format, now in celonis it is posible to see with commas like 3,000,000.15 but this is a Dollar format. ¿ Is it posible to set the currency configuration for euro ?

Is there any way to set the locale configuration for currencies decimal in ',' and thousands in ',' ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @enrique sanchez alonso ,

I guess you can add the Euro sign in the custom formatting field, next to the list where you can set the formatting option to use.

Switching from , as thousand seperator to dots is something you can/need to do in your Celonis profile (I guess it comes from the language setting).

Please let me know if this did the trick! (and if yes, could you mark this as the answer?)

hi @joos.buijs

Thanks for your answer, but i my Celonis profile there isn´t any option to set thousands seperator. Do you mind to tell me where cause i have looked insite the edit profile on my site and i can find any option to do it?

There might be a difference in the on-premise and cloud versions of Celonis.

In the on-premise I have these options:

Thanks, but these configuration not exits on cloud or i can find it.

We use Cloud as well. I do not know any config. for decimal separator. However, as far as I know, cloud uses profile language for choise for decimal separator: English = "," ; German = "."

Hope that helps little.

Hi,

Thanks, It is a solutión if you are able read German.

Hi @enrique sanchez alonso

You can try the rounded number formatting and in the unit use the euro symbol.

euro

You will see the following output.

euro value

Hope it helps.

Do let me know in case you want further explanation.

Hi, thanks for your answer but with your solution the final format is no correct, you will get from this correct format 3.000.000,15 --> 3,000,000 € and the commas in all europe less England is with dots.

this is correct :

3.000.000,15 € in euro format

This is worng

3,000,000.15 € in euro format

Now, it is in development by Celonis to resolve this isse with the profile.

If i set my profile in German, the format is correct but everything is in German.

Then, i will have to wait for Celonis solution.

Thanks
