Can we add display rules to other column on the basis of one column?
I have a requirement wherein I need to show background color to entire row.

Hi Ayushi,
unfortunately this is not possible. It is only possible to color single columns.
An alternative solution could be something like a singular column displaying a dot (or the whole field) in the required color. The following screenshot provides an general idea of the concept.
