Is there a way to get saved Formulas from analysis into Knowledge model without recreating them manually?

There is no direct way that I have come across to do the same, the only option is to recreate the formulas in KM

There is a way through PyCelonis. You can access knowledge models and add KPIs through there. You can also pull KPIs from analyses using PyCelonis. So it requires a bit of Python data manipulation but you can put together KPIs and then add them to a knowledge model.
