Gateways are not working?

Hi everyone, I set up a bpmn model for my conformance checker, but the gateways does not seem to work. Example: Process ExampleHere I can see, that the movement from "Erstanlage Schaden" to "Manuelle Deckung geändert" is possible. However when i look in the Conformance analysis it lists "Erstanlage Schaden" followed by "Manuelle Deckung geändert" as one of the most common violations.

Any ideas what i can do about it?

Hi Maria,

 

This does seems rather unusual, 2 ideas which come up are:

  • Ensure the Conformance checker reloaded after your potential process model update
  • Workaround it by adding this false violation to the allowlist (Zulassungliste)
