Analysing Efficiency of Month Close in RTR (Record To Report)

Dear Experts, Hope all are doing good and keeping safe and healthy. I am about to start working on an analysis for assessing the efficiency of an R2R (Month Close) Process. It will be my first analysis and wanted to go through any analysis some one has done on Celonis already (if any). Insights and best practices can be leveraged for a quicker and quality analysis and deliver better solution/actions. Yout advise and guidance on any front will be highly appreciated.
