How We’ve Evolved
The VAP has grown tremendously over 2 years. What started as an initiative – in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute – to help CoE leaders scale their impact and value realized has evolved into an exclusive industry-leading coaching & workshop experience.
Today, the program is entirely geared toward helping you draft your own 12-Month Transformation Masterplan and Enterprise Value Framework. By focusing on 6 key streams, our cohort participants are leaving the program equipped to target a 4 to 5x expansion in realized value over the following year.
What Makes the VAP Experience Stand Out?
For those who might be new to the program, VAP is not a standard software training, but rather it’s a unique opportunity for Center of Excellence (CoE), in partnership with IT, Process, and Transformation Leadership, to expand their expertise and learn from other companies successfully realizing value at scale with Celonis. It is specifically built for leaders who want to:
- Drive change & adoption of Process Intelligence across your organization.
- Connect with peers, PI experts, and thought leaders from all around the globe.
- Learn from real-life use cases, best practices, and challenges.
Note: The program is tailored for existing Celonis customers with strong executive sponsorship and have achieved baseline value ($1M+), or show strong potential to reach it through program participation. You can apply to join here if you’re interested and meet the requirements of the program.
