When Processes Work, Enterprise AI Works

On September 9th, leaders across Technology, Finance, Operations, and Business gathered at the ITC Gardenia in Bangalore for an evening dedicated to a single, powerful shift: turning AI ambition into measurable enterprise value.

Our GCC leader Kaushik Mitra opened the gathering with his perspective on "Industrializing Enterprise AI," setting the tone for how organizations can move past isolated AI experimentation toward scalable, outcome-driven architectures. Building on that foundation, Durga Prasad Sambana demonstrated how Process Intelligence delivers the vital context AI needs to understand, reason, and take action across complex business operations.

The evening's panel discussion, moderated by ​@Anuj Bhatnagar  dove straight into the realities of modern AI transformation. Panelists Ramesh Bafna, Venkata Anil Kumar Reddy Vuyyuru, and Ramkumar Jayaraman engaged in a candid conversation exploring expectations, integration hurdles, and the strategic levers that turn Process Intelligence into bottom-line impact.

A central highlight of the event was a fireside chat with ​@Shreeyash V  from Waters Corporation. Tracing their Celonis journey from initial tool selection to full implementation, Shreeyash shared a grounded blueprint for success: ground your efforts in the actual business problem, keep value at the center, and build a clear path to ROI.

We also took the opportunity to invite attendees to the Celonis Community to our local network of customers and partners. This is a space to connect, share real-world experience, and learn from fellow practitioners, this community will serve as a launchpad for accelerating value across India.

As enterprises transition from simple AI pilots to sophisticated agentic workflows, one truth becomes clear: AI is inherently powerful, but AI fueled by true process context is where transformational value begins.
