Hi,

adding custom KPI such as "Automation Rate" can by done in the Process Explorer of an Analysis. But this option is not available in the Process Explorer within a View. Is this by purpose? If yes, what's the intention behind it? I would like to show a low automation rate in order to use ML to automate incoming orders. Thanks!

In order to add Automation Rate in the Process Explorer in Views, you need to create a Custom KPI like shown here in the documentation: help.celonis.cloud/help/display/CIBC/Process+Explorer in the part Custom KPI Views.
