I am trying to bring in LIKP fields like ZZCarrier, Delivery number into VBAP. In the transformation while doing a left join i get duplicates per case key in VBAP. Is there any other way to bring in Likp field into VBAP?

I don't think it's possible because 1 case can have multiple deliveries. You can add the table in the data model and do the analysis with the fields on the front end
